LEADWAY is aware of its customers' risk financing objectives and security. As a result, the Company ensures that its insurance policies are carefully backed up with world-class reinsurance arrangements.

For close to three decades, we have maintained a good relationship with Swiss Reinsurance Company (now represented through Swiss Re Africa Limited) and Munich Reinsurance Company  (now represented through  Munich Re of Africa Limited and Munich Mauritius Reinsurance Company, with representative office in Ghana, West Africa). These two widely known international reinsurance companies lead on our major reinsurance treaties and also provide facultative reinsurance protection for our large property and casualty risk acceptances.

Other companies participating on our treaties are Africa Reinsurance Corporation, General Insurance Corporation of India and Continental Reinsurance Plc.
