This policy covers how Leadway treats information that Leadway collects and receives, including information related to personal information and past use of financial services. • Leadway collects personal information when you visit our site and when you fill out our proposal forms. Leadway may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from companies within the financial services industry and other sources.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

• We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to Leadway services, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Leadway Newsletter, that are considered part of our services, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
• You can however, opt –out from receiving the information by visiting our Account Deletion page. Nevertheless, your information might possibly remain in our archived records after deletion.

If you are filling forms on Leadway site, please note the following:

• Information errors: Leadway shall not be responsible for any error on information supplied in the proposal form or any distortion in information arising as a result of control signal power, its reception or routing via Internet, configuration of your equipment or reliability of its connection, we cannot also be responsible for communication failures, distortions and delays. Furthermore, any losses or foregone profits arisen from these are not our responsibility even if software, hardware, or other system failures or errors contributed to such losses.
• No legal contract: - There is no legal contract between Leadway and the person executing this form until the premium sum for the business is received and acknowledged; policy is underwritten; and the policy documents dispatched to you. The automatic response sent to your mailbox does not constitute an acceptance of the business. Leadway at its sole discretion at anytime in between the period the proposal form is filled and the policy document is dispatched reserves the right to reject any business and does not have any duty to inform you of its intention or reason for rejecting the business. However, we shall endeavour through our direct customer service or other available means either through the primary e- mailbox supplied in the proposal form to notify you.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
Leadway will not be liable for any damages or injury that accompany or result from your use of its site. These include (but are not limited to) damages or injury caused by any of the following: - use of (or inability to use) the site, failure of our site to perform in the manner you expected or desired error on our site omission on our site, interruption; of availability of our site; defect on our site; delay in operation or transmission of our site computer virus or line failure.
