Alhaji Hassan Hadejia (Shettiman Hadejia) is the Chairman of the Board while other non-executive members are Mrs. Fehintola Obatusin, Mallam Umar Yahaya, Mr. O. Oyedele, Dr. A. B. C. Orjiako, Dr. Konyinsola Ajayi, SAN and Mr. Jeremy Rowse. Mr. Oye Hassan-Odukale is the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer while Mr. Tunde Hassan-Odukale is the Executive Director Financial Services and Systems.
