Mr. Umar Yahaya, is the Chaiman and a seasoned entrepreneur and administrator, holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Apart from his formal training, he has attended several courses and seminars including the Advanced Management Programme from the Harvard Business School, Boston, USA and the Executive Management Programme in Strategy & Organization from the Stamford Graduate School of Business. He has served on the boards of several companies including First Bank of Nigeria Plc., and New Africa Merchant Bank Ltd. He is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Associated Haulages (Nig.) Limited.
