Q. Is the Premium(price) for this plan negotiable?

Q. Can I pay my premium in instalments?
A. Yes, the premium can be paid Quarterly, Bi-annual, annual (terms and condition apply)
Q. If my car develops a fault, will it be covered by insurance?
A. This insurance doesn’t cover your vehicle’s technical or mechanical issues if they are not directly caused by an accident or insured peril e.g. fire, flood, vandalism, theft etc.
Q. Will I get my money back if nothing happens to my car during the entire duration of this cover?
A. Car insurance operates on a risk-sharing principle where you pay premiums to the insurance company in exchange for financial protection against potential future losses or damages. These premiums are non-refundable, even if you don’t file any claims during the coverage period. However, a “no-claims bonus” or a discount on your premiums might apply if you go several years without filing any claims but this is not a refund of your premiums but rather a reward for maintaining a claim-free record.
Q. Can I increase the value of my car if it goes up while my policy is still active?
A. We strongly advise you increase the value during your renewal.
Q. Can I switch to Third-party insurance after this policy expires?
A. While we do not advise you to do so, because you enjoy better protection with Comprehensive Insurance; however, you are free to switch to any of our Third-party auto insurance options if you please after your policy expires.
