This policy combines employer’s liability insurance and group personal accident insurance and is designed to offer complete protection to businesses against accident claims arising out of and in the course of employment within a geographical limit.
The liability element offers protection to employers against lawsuits filed by employees for accidental bodily injuries and diseases arising out of and in the course of their employment, which is an exclusion under the Employees Compensation Act (ECA Act 2010) administered by Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF).
The benefit element pays a lump sum or multiple of salary (as desired by the employer) in the event of death or disability resulting from accident to employees. It also provides compensation for weekly benefits and medical expenses incurred in relation to the accident.
This product can also be extended to cover:

- riot, strike and civil commotion
