Acknowledgement of claim:

Within 48 hours

(Count from noon working day of receipt of claim notification)

Payment of claim:

Payments are settled between 48 to 72 working hours.

(Count from noon working day of receipt of executed discharge voucher)

Acknowledgement of claim:

Within 24 hours of receipt of notice

(Count from the noon of the working day of receipt of claim notification)

Terms of claim under Maturity:

Payment is made on the due date

Terms of claim under Surrender/Termination:

Payments are settled between 48 to 72 working hours.

(Count from noon working day of receipt of executed discharge voucher)

Terms of claim under Death:

(Claims shall be settled upon receipt of EDV (Executed Discharge Voucher) within 3 working days)
